Where Night is Not Black

Nature’s Flight

by admin on Jun.30, 2010, under Thoughts on Then

The woods cleared of bramble
Opened to the creatures walk
Through this sun stroked land I ramble
To nature’s children light I talk

Soft winged creatures, whistling
Symphonies beyond any man’s
My body no longer bristling
By song my heart melts in my hands

The feathers ignite into light
Beating through the air
Humming as they take flight
Into pure energy they flare

Setting sail on the mystical voyage
My senses numbed by the scene
Pure senses, no mortal could damage
All this like snow white clean
